Section 16(1) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajasva Sanhita (Rajasva Nyayalayon Ki Prakriya) Niyam, 2019
(1)Every summons issued in physical mode, shall be in writing, in duplicate and shall be signed and sealed by the presiding officer of the Revenue Court issuing it or by such person as he empowers in his behalf.
