Section 15(1) in Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2013
(1)Every operator of Waste Godowns will obtain registration from concerning local bodies including Gram Panchayats for storage of any type of non-biodegradable garbage as per provisions of rules made on this behalf.
