30. Bar to sell, etc. of antiquities.
- Subject to provisions of Sections 5 and 8 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972) no person shall, without the permission of the State Government, sell, remove or make gift of, any antiquity or art treasure or otherwise transfer its ownership.
