(iv)One Assistant Excise Commissioner in-charge Excise, Intelligence Bureau, U.P. with jurisdiction throughout Uttar Pradesh. He exercises all the powers of an Assistant Excise Commissioner in respect of inspections, searches, arrests, investigations.
