140. [ Duration of licence. [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 1337(E), dated 27.10.2017 (w.e.f. 21.12.1945).]
| 141. Certificate of renewal.- The certificate of renewal of a license in Form 32 shall be issued in Form 33.141A. [ Certificate of renewal of loan license. [Added by G.S.R. 444, dated 31.3.1973 (w.e.f. 28.4.1973).]- The certificate of renewal of a license in Form 32-A shall be issued in Form 33-A.141AA. Duration of a loan license.- An original loan license in Form 32-A or a renewed loan license in Form 33-A, unless sooner suspended or canceled, shall be[valid for a period of five years on and from the date on which][it is granted or renewed:Provided that if the application for the renewal of a license is made before its expiry, or if the application is made within six months of its expiry after payment of the additional fee, the license shall continue to be in force until orders are passed on the application.
