Section 5(ii) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2011
(ii)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or purported to have been done or any action taken or purported to have been taken under the repealed regulation before such repeal, shall be deemed to have been done or purported to have been done or taken or purported to have been taken under these regulations.
