Section 23(1) in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009
(1)When the Bench is sitting, the Tribunal Officer shall ensure (a) that no inconvenience or wastage of time is caused to the Bench in making available the services of Tribunal Master, stenographer or peon;(b)that perfect silence is maintained in and around the Tribunal Hall and no disturbance whatsoever is caused to the functioning of the Bench; and(c)that proper care is taken to maintain dignity and decorum of the Tribunal.
