1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of CrPC seeking clarification of the order dated 09.04.2019, passed by this Court in CRMP No.1130 of 2014 (Basant Kumar Singh vs. Smt. Kavita Singh and another).
2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I do not see any good ground to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to question the order dated 04.02.2022 (Annexure-A/5) passed by the Court below in accordance with law.
3. At request of learned counsel for the petitioners, certified copy of order Annexure-A/5 be returned to him on production of attested photocopy of the same.
