Section 6A(11) in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956
(11)There shall be paid to each of the said officers, by way of a repayable advance, such sum of money for the purchase of a motor car and on such terms as the State Government may by rules, determine in order that he may be able to discharge conveniently and efficiently, the duties of his office.
