Section 401 in The General Rules (Civil), 1986

401. Prohibition of unauthorised forms.

- District Judges shall ensure that:-
(1)Saleable forms printed by a press other than the Government Press are not used in any court.This rule may relaxed when saleable forms printed at the Government Press are not available.
(2)Forms other than those for the time being authorised by the High Court are not used in any court.Stationery
