22. Responsibilities of the Chairman of the Market Committee.
(1)The Chairman shall conduct all correspondence in the name of the committee, and shall be responsible for the maintenance of all records and accounts, for the punctual and correct submission of all prescribed reports and accounts and for the custody of all moneys not deposited into the Government treasury of the State Bank of India.(2)He shall keep a minute book in which shall be entered the proceedings of every meeting of the Committee signed by himself.
