5. Power to declare varieties of cane to be un-suitable for use in factories.
- The Government may, on the recommendations of the Sugarcane Control Board, declare any variety of sugarcane grown in any area specified in such notification as un-suitable variety , and no factory shall purchase such sugarcane variety so declared .
