Section 45(3) in The Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries and Land Reforms Rules, 1955
(3)If the total compensation remaining due to the Intermediary after his death is not more than a sum of Rs.500/-it may be paid to such person as the Collector may, after making such enquiries as he may deem fit determine the person legally entitled to receive such compensation.
