Section 7(1) in Veterinary Council of India (Procedure for recognition and de-recognition of Veterinary Colleges and Veterinary Qualifications) Rules, 2017
(1)On receipt of an application in the specified Form along with the prescribed fee, the Central Government shall refer such application to the Council for evaluation and recommendations and all applications under these rules shall be processed according to the time-schedule specified in Schedule I.
