Section 25(2) in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
(2)On receipt of a complaint under sub-section (1), the court may pass an order restraining such person to carry out the said activity or give such directions or pass such order, as it may deem fit.Explanation. - For the purpose of this Act, the Animal Breeding Regulatory Authority or any officer empowered in this behalf launching prosecution shall be deemed to be a complainant.
