Section 1 in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015
1. Short Title and Commencement of the Regulations.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015.(2)They shall come into force from 1st April, 2016.(3)A corporate agent who has been issued a licence prior to the commencement of these regulations may seek a fresh certificate of registration to work as a corporate agent by applying to the Authority in accordance with the procedure specified by the Authority in this behalf.
