(c)[ "electrical undertaking" means any undertaking engaged in the business of supplying electrical energy in any area in Madhya Pradesh, and includes an undertaking engaged in the business of supplying electrical energy in bulk to another distributor of electrical energy;] [Substituted by M.P.
