(3)Every application under sub-rule (2) shall be accompanied by necessary documents such as copies of letter of appointment, wage slip or smart card etc. together with registration fees of [Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only)] [Substituted 'Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty only)' by Notification No. 24/24/2010-LAB/432, dated 10.4.2015.] by Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary of the Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board.
