Counsel for petitioner has filed Affidavit in respect of Respondent No.1 alongwith photocopies of newspapers instead of filing original newspapers i.e., “Free Press” in English and “Patrika” in Hindi in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh and “Maharashtra Times” in English & “Navshakti” in Hindi in Mumbai, Maharashtra Ld. Counsel is directed to file Original Newspapers by 17.12.2025.
If the same is filed, service on respondent no. 1 is considered to be complete and the matter be processed for listing before the Court.
