Section 106(2) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(2)As order of the [Mamlatdar] [This word was substituted for the word 'Tahsildar' by Schedule III, Clause 1.] or the Tribunal awarding possession or restoring the possession or use of any land shall be executed in the manner provided in Section 21 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 (Bombay II of 1906), as if it was the decision of the [Mamlatdar] [This word was substituted for the word 'Tahsildar' by Schedule III, Clause 1.] under the said Act:Provided that, such order shall not be executed till the expiry of the period of appeal as provided in Section 114.
