(By D.Krishnakumar, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the appeal.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that pending the writ petition, Mr.N.Vilvanathan, third petitioner died. Therefore, amendment petition filed seeking to accept the cause title is not maintainable at this stage.

3. It is for the petitioners to work out their remedy by making necessary amendment in the cause title before the Registry. If the Registry is satisfied, the writ appeal shall be numbered, if it is in order and listed before this Court for admission.
4. In view of the above, CMP No.24625 of 2024 is dismissed and WA SR No.122870 of 2024 is rejected.
