4. Assessment of Technical Potential for DSM.
- 4.1 The Distribution Licensee in the State shall carry out assessment of potential for DSM in the State every year. The first assessment of technical potential for DSM shall be carried out within three months of the notification of these Regulations.4.2Distribution Licensee shall be guided by methodology developed by Bureau of Energy Efficiency while assessing of technical potential for DSM.
