Section 62(2) in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
(2)an sub-section (5), for the words "Sub-Divisional Magistrate or Magistrate of the first class, and any Magistrate", the words "Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate or Executive Magistrate of the first class, and any other Executive Magistrate" shall be substituted.
