Section 35(1) in Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013
(1)Admission in the University shall be made strictly on the basis of merit:Provided that for the purpose of filling minority quota-in the University established and administered by minority community, zone of consideration for determination of merit shall be limited only to the students belonging to that minority community.
