(4)The following persons shall be entitled to inspect records under this rule, namely -(a)for any waqf other than waqf-alal-aulad, the person interested in such waqf;(b)for a waqf-alal-aulad, the waqif, his descendents, mutawalli and the beneficiaries of the waqf.
