Section 104(3) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(3)Where any drain is laid under a wall, it shall be protected at the part under the wall by means of a relieving arch, flag stone, iron or any other support which shall not bear on the drain and shall be of sufficient size and strength to prevent any disturbances or other injury to such drain.
