91. Forfeiture of concealed property found with prisoner after his search on admission.
- Concealed property of any kind found on a prisoner, after his being searched on admission, shall be forfeited under an order of the Superintendent in Form No. XIII and the value carried to the credit of Government, a certain proportion, not exceeding one third being awarded to the finder under a written order of the Superintendent, a copy of which shall be forwarded to the Inspector General for information.
