Section 9(b) in The Bombay Electricity Duty Rules, 1962
(b)a statement in Form 'E' [before the 15th day of every month succeeding the month to which it relates, showing the adjustment carried out in the account of that month] [Substituted by G. N. of 10.4.1963.] on account of -(i)rectification of metering inaccuracies;(ii)past arrears recovered by process of law or otherwise:(iii)any mis-classification of the purpose or the premises made earlier:(iv)exemptions wrongly given and withdrawn subsequently;(v)any other reason, which may be specified by the licensee:
