(2)if he thereafter prefers a claims to draw his pension, he may be readmitted to the pension establishment, if he accounts for such failure to the satisfaction of the competent authority which may depending on the circumstances of the case, grant or withhold the arrears of pension or any portion thereof.Section 3 - Sailors and their families
