Section 14(1)(a) in The Bihar Forest Hunting, Shooting & Fishing Rules, 1958

(a)shall before shooting, hunting or fishing in any Government forest inform the Divisional Forest Officer of his intention and of the area in which he proposes to shoot, hunt or fish and shall ascertain that there is no-objection to his doing so;
