23. Time table for transfer.
- For general transfers in each year, following time table shall be observed; namely-| Date of identification according to standard ofwork place by head of office/head of department- | 31, March | |
| Constitution of transfer committee atgovernmentlevel, head of the department level, division leveland district level by all the departments- | 1, April | |
| Publishing and displaying on website a list ofworking places of accessible/remote areas,employees eligible fortransfer, available andanticipated vacancies for each cadre:- | 15, April | |
| Date of inviting options for maximum 10 desiredplaces from the employees eligible forcompulsory transfer:- | 20, April | |
| Date of inviting application for transfers onthebasis of the request- | 30, April | |
| Last date of receiving option/application under3 and 4 above- | 15, May | |
| Displaying on website the details ofoptions/applications received- | 20, May | |
| Meeting of transfer committee & period ofgivingrecommendations to competent authority- | 25, May to 5June | |
