(3)The term of the office of the President shall be three years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier:Provided that the same person shall be eligible for reappointment:Provided further that a President shall, notwithstanding the expiration of his term, continue to hold office until his successor enters upon the office.
