6. Action against contravention of these rules or breach of any conditions of licence.
- Contravention of any provision of these rules or instructions issued thereunder and every breach of licence conditions including shortage or excess of stock of undenatured spirit or Bhang shall be referred to the Excise Commissioner who shall take appropriate action against the Licensee unit in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act.
