Section 1 in THE PUNJAB MUNICIPAL CORPORATION LAW (EXTENSION TO CHANDIGARH) ACT, 1994
1. Short title and commencement.―
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Municipal Corporation Law (Extension to Chandigarh) Act, 1994.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of May, 1994.
