Section 24(1) in The Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Rules, 1974
(1)Any person affected by any order passed by the Controller or the Appellate Authority under section 23 of the Act shall be entitled to be furnished with a copy thereof and any other connected document duly certified by the Controller or the Appellate Authority, as the case may be, on application.
