Section 1 in The Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act maybe called the Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation(2)It extends to the city of Thoothukudi.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
