Section 115(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)No Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent shall on any account leave his district without the permission of the Deputy Inspector-General, except on duty of the most urgent nature or as authorised by clause (c).
