(j)"Appointing Authority" in reference to the appointments made to the Commission means -(i)The Chairperson Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission in respect of all group A posts and(ii)Secretary of the Commission in respect of all Group [B, C and D] [Substituted by Notification No. F.1/Estt/DERC/2001-02 dated 16th April, 2001] posts;
