Section 41(1)(iv) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015

(iv)does not resume his seat when the presiding member rises from his chair or when he is called upon to do so by the presiding member, shall be deemed to be guilty of breaches of order .
