Section 30(1) in The Maharashtra Opium Smoking Act
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or against any officer or person empowered to exercise powers or to perform or discharge duties or functions under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or purporting to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
