1. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that a compilation of judgments has been filed. However, the same is under objection. He is directed to take appropriate steps to cure the defects and ensure that the compilation of judgments is placed on record before the next date of hearing.

2. The Respondent/NABL is permitted to file an additional affidavit along with material to show that the Respondent/NABL is not an authority amenable to writ jurisdiction and further the fact that the Petitioner has not been granted accreditation of NABL does not amount to civil death. He states that it is always open for the Petitioner to get accreditation by some other agency by which it can participate in tenders.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent/NABL very fairly submits that it This is a digitally signed order.
