1 Mr. Chavan states he has just taken over the matters and undertakes to file vakalatnama for appellants within two weeks from today. Mr. Chavan also states that even the department does not seem to have papers and, therefore, requests leave to make photocopies of the records and proceedings from the court's records and proceedings. Mr. Chavan states that he shall apply for photocopies during the course of this week itself. 2 Within one week of the application being received, registry to provide the photocopies (not certified copies) of entire records and proceedings to Mr. Chavan in all the above matters.
3 We also do not find anything to indicate that respondents have been served. Mr. Chavan's undertaking to serve respondents within one week of receiving the photocopies from the registry, is accepted. 4 Stand over to 30th August 2023.
