Section 12(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)A member of the State Advisory Committee, not being an ex-officio member, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to Government through the Secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department, with prior information to the Chairperson of such Committee.
