             UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                  O R D E R

Delay condoned.

The National Insurance Company Limited is before us. It is aggrieved by the High Court’s Order which enhanced the compensation awarded to the first respondent from Rs.4,08,300/- to Rs.16,18,000/- .

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount of Rs.16,18,000/- shall be deposited in this Court within six weeks from today. On such deposit -2- being made, issue notice to the respondents returnable after four weeks.

Needless to say that respondent no.1 will be entitled to withdraw the principal amount of Rs.4,08,300/- awarded by the Tribunal without furnishing security. The Registry shall invest rest of the amount in any Nationalized Bank on usual terms.

Needless to say that rest of the amount is not permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents.
