Section 19 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
19. Payment to the Board.
- The Government may, after the due appropriation made by the State Legislature by law in this behalf, pay to the Board in each financial year such sums as may be considered necessary for the performance of functions of the Board under this Act.
