Section 17(1) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(1)The State Government shall have the power to cause an inspection or enquiry by an enquiry committee to be constituted for this purpose, headed by an officer not below the rank of a Joint Secretary to the State Government, into the affairs of the Board in relation to its administrative and financial business as and when necessary.
