413. Leave to Patwari.
- In granting leave to Patwaris the provisions of paragraph 10 should be kept in view Care should be taken to see that Patwaris do not unnecessarily remain on long leave as work done by their substitutes is generally of inferior quality.II. Disposal of Inspection Notes and other Reports
