Section 2(5)(j) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984

(j)"hazardous work" means any work which involves risk and which is specified in tire- Schedule and includes any other work Which the Government may by notification, specify in this behalf, to be included in such Schedule;
