Section 606(1)(f) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003

(f)bury or cause to be buried any corpse or part of a corpse in a grave of vault or otherwise in such manner as that the surface of the coffin, or when no coffin is used, of the corpse or part of the corpse shall be at a less depth not less than six feet from the surface of the ground;
