Section 71(c) in The Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries and Land Reforms Rules, 1955
(c)call for the files or records of any cases pending before the Compensation Officer and after scrutinizing them satisfy himself that the work is progressing satisfactorily and is being done promptly in accordance with the provisions and principles laid down in the Act and in these Rules.
